This Privacy Policy explains how RotoEdge (“RotoEdge”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit rotoedge.in or contact us. RotoEdge is a visual effects studio based in Andhra Pradesh, India.

Information you send us
When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company or studio, the service you are interested in, and information about your project.
When you submit the enquiry form or a quote request through the chat assistant, the details you entered are sent by email to our team at info@rotoedge.in so we can reply. They are not stored in a website database. To prevent abuse, the website briefly keeps a record of the IP address that submitted, which is cleared automatically after a few minutes. If you choose to send your request by WhatsApp instead, it is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when pages are requested, including IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. These logs are used to operate and secure the website.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages lead to enquiries: pages viewed, approximate country and city, device and browser type, how you reached the site, and clicks on our contact, WhatsApp, email and phone links. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. Nothing is loaded or tracked unless you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner, and we do not use advertising cookies. Analytics data is processed by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy and kept for up to 14 months.

2. Embedded videos and external links
Our showreels are hosted on YouTube and embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When a video player loads, Google may process information under Google’s Privacy Policy. Links to social networks, WhatsApp and other websites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

We are based in India and work with clients worldwide. Your information may be processed in India and in other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, carry out our work together and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or securely archived.
